The representative of Ayatollah Sistani stated: the courageous Iraqi youth rushed to the battlefield against the ISIS group like a flood, and a documentary should be produced on their act. RNA - Hujjat al-Islam Ahamad Safi, Ayatollah Sistani’s Representative and the custodian of Hazrat Abbas holy shrine, in the sermon of the Friday prayer, held in the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (AS) in the holy city of Karbala, said, “There are different economic and social problems before Iraq”.
“Some attempt to destroy Iraq, nonetheless the experiences of the Iraqi nation in the fight against terrorism are the source of pride and honor”, he added.
The representative of grand Ayatollah Sistani finally pointed out, “the history never forgets the fight of the Iraqi people against the terrorist group of ISIS (ISIL or DAESH) provided that all the courage and bravery exercised by the Iraqi youth, who rushed to the fight against the ISIS like a flood, is written down and maintained”.
