Ayatollah Muhammad Yaqubi, an Iraqi source of emulation, was visited by a group of Iranian seminary students and teachers. According to the correspondent of Rasa News Agency in Najaf Ashraf, Ayatollah Yaqubi, a Shiite source of emulation, visited by a group of Iranian seminary student and teacher in Najaf Ashraf, was provided with some information on the educational approaches and programs of Iranian seminaries.
In the course of the visit, Ayatollah Yaqubi dealt with some points that can have positive impacts on the seminaries.
He applauded Qom seminary, as the main Iranian religious centre, for its dynamicity and new approaches.
Ayatollah Yaqubi also stressed the pivotal part of the sources of emulation in cultural and intellectual promotion of Islam world and preservation of Islamic Ummah’s solidarity.
Finally, he stressed the learning of Arabic and other tongues by non-Arab seminary students and described it necessary for religious missionaries.
