RNA – In his first meeting this afternoon with a group of representatives of print media and news agencies in Mazandaran province, Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad-Baqer Mohammadi-Laeini, the representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Mazandaran, stated public opinion as the strongest center of power in society and said, “Everyone tries to attract public opinion to their goals.”
The Friday prayer leader of Sari said that we need to know in what context we should inform and added, “We have to define our playing field so that we don’t play in the enemies’ field.”
He noted that today we are in a country that has sacrificed many martyrs for the Islamic Revolution and this revolution has been the flagbearer of a national, regional and global movement for forty years and said, “Today, enemies feel threatened by their existence.”
Hujjat al-Islam Mohammadi-Laeini emphasized the need for the media movement to strengthen the flow of the Islamic Revolution and said, “We should use the tools of the media in this process and direction. God forbid, our position should not be such that we play in the enemies’ land.”
His Eminence stated that today our media has a wide range of media tools and added, “But by relying on God Almighty, we will definitely be victorious over the West’s media empire.”
He stressed, “In the media war, we need General Qasem Soleymani to be a model and teacher of resistance and to teach the people the lesson of resistance against the enemies’ media.”
Hujjat al-Islam Mohammadi-Laeini referred to the economic problems of the country and stated that dealing only with unrestrained isn’t enough and noted, “In addition to careful monitoring, the necessary conditions should be provided for the prosperity of production in the country.”
His Eminence referred to the conditions of the Coronavirus in Iran and stated that the recommendations of the Coronavirus headquarters are a religious principle for us and added, “Eid al-Ghadir and Muharram are very important for us and experts should study the health protocols that understand the necessity of spiritual and Ashura issues.”
Hujjat al-Islam Mohammadi-Laeini also stressed the need to strengthen unity and cohesion in the country with the aim of strengthening the system and the Islamic Revolution, and said, “Strengthening the revolutionary current with the aim of preserving national and provincial interests should also be considered.”
