The secretary of seminary’s council for policy-making on poetry and literature said, “All people active or interested in the area of literature and poetry are supposed to defend innocent Nigerian Shiites and Sheikh Zakzaky.” According to the correspondent of Rasa News Agency in Mashhad, the secretary of seminary’s council for policy-making on poetry and literature, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Salman Alavi, meeting the daughters of Sheikh Zakzaky, the leader of Nigerian Shiites, said, “Sheikh Zakzaky is the spiritual father and leader of all Ashouraei movements and an example for us in the areas of knowledge, belief and combat.”
Hujjat al-Islam Alavi added, “Seminary students, either poet or writer, are standing by Nigerian Shiites using their pen as a weapon, they have composed poems about Nigerian Shiites and Sheikh Zakzaky.”
The secretary of seminary’s council for policy-making on poetry and literature added, “With regard to the specific conditions of Nigerian Shiites and Sheikh Zakzaky, the ones active in the area of literature should do their best to create deeper affection in the hearts of all people towards this regard.”
Finally, Hujjat al-Islam Alavi expressed, “All justice-seekers are also responsible to defend innocent Nigerian Shiites and Sheikh Zakzaky through whatever way possible. “
Then, the daughter of Sheikh Zakzaky, Badia Zakzaky, pointing to the specific attention of Sheikh Zakzaky to poetry and literature, said, “My father always said that God has created us in order to perform worshiping deeds. Nigerian Muslims, both Shiites and Sunnis have composed poems about Ahl al-Bayt (AS).”
