The students of Imam Reza Seminary, in order to help the flood-stricken people, went on collective fasting.
RNA - Talking to Rasa reporter, Hussein Abbasi announced that 40 students of Imam Reza Seminary were sent to the flood-stricken Pol Dokhtar, and then said, “they asked the governmental and public organizations for cars, but it was futile”.
He said, “in order to prepare the required funds for students’ visit of the said regions, we decided to do the hired fasting and managed to earn one million Toomans; besides some amounts were presented by the beneficent”.
Saying that the said students were present in the regions hit by floods for a week, and helped the people, he mentioned, “people of those regions warmly welcomed the students, and their presence there changed the view of those people towards the clerics”.
