Dean of Qom’s al-Zahra University‎:‎
Hujjat al-Islam Madani said, “The person who feels that he understands everything well, even ‎if he also consults, this ‎understanding will be superficial and he won’t believe in using the ‎results.”‎

RNA – Speaking at a meeting of the administrative council of Qom’s al-Zahra University, ‎Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Mahmoud Madani, the dean of this seminary for women, referred to ‎the importance of consultation and foresight in matters and stated in this regard, Imam Ali ‎ibn Abi Talib said, “He who involves himself in matters without considering the consequences ‎exposes himself to troubles.” (1)‎

The teacher of ethics in the Islamic Seminary of Qom added “The administrative council at ‎al-Zahra University and specialized councils have been established with the same purpose to ‎consult, discuss and deliberate on various issues.”‎

Hujjat al-Islam Madani considered appropriate planning of affairs to be the result of ‎foresight, consultation and deliberate ‎and said, “The basis and background of the belief in ‎consultation is that man must accuse his own soul. The person who feels that he ‎understands everything well, even if he also consults, this understanding will be superficial ‎and he won’t believe in using the results.”‎
‎ ‎
He described extreme optimism in himself as blocking the path of perfection and progress ‎and described constantly reminding oneself in this regard as key and said, “The Prophet of ‎Islam [Muhammad] is the first person in the universe who always whispered this ‎supplication: ‘Oh God, don’t leave me in the hands of my ego for even a split second’ (2) ‎and this indicates the importance of this subject.” ‎
