Rasa – Condemning the terrorist attack in New Zealand, the revered source of emulation emphasized that the West, in support of terrorist acts, is seeking to prevent the spread of Islam in the world. RNA – In a meeting with the head of the Islamic Propagation Organization of Iran, Grand Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani condemned the terrorist attack against Muslims in New Zealand and called for the confrontation of all the countries of the world, especially the Islamic ummah, against terrorism.
The revered source of emulation added that the policy of the West, the United States and the Zionists is to give Islam a bad name among the people of the world. “For this reason, they engage in Islamophobia, Shiaphobia and Iranophobia. The West is spreading propaganda against Islam and are putting fear in the hearts of people through terrorist acts,” he added.
Emphasizing the use of modern means in order to introduce pure Islam to the world, he said, “Before the enemies poison the people against Islam and Muslims and lie, we must familiarize the people of the world with pure Islam so that they realize the lies of the West.”
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani added, “Unfortunately, it has sufficed by only giving practical treatises to the people and there has been no accurate work on Islamic politics and other pure Islamic teachings in various fields, which must be a priority issue on the agenda of the missionaries.”
His Eminence described the awakening and guiding of the people, informing them of the plots of the enemies and dealing with them as among the duties of the missionaries and said, “The words and actions of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Khamenei] must be the model of the missionaries for communicating with and informing the people.”
He added that Muslims must always be united in order to stand against the enemies and to defeat them.
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani stressed, “Muslims must be humble and be firm and decisive towards the enemies of religion. Quranic culture must be disseminated in society and the Islamic ummah.”
