RNA – In an interview with Rasa News Agency, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Mohsen Shafiei, the representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in the universities of Khuzestan province, said: “From the perspective of religion and of Quranic concepts, the front of the disbelievers is a unified front of which its parts and elements don’t play a substantive role.”
His Eminence explained that the administrative structure of the United States is in the hands of international Zionists, arms manufacturers and large companies and added that all presidents, from both the Democratic and Republican parties, work to protect the fundamental interests of the Zionist regime in the world.
Hujjat al-Islam Shafiei said that Islamophobia and opposition to the anti-liberation movements in the world, the defense of dependent powers and encroachment on the natural resources of other countries are characteristics of the presidents of the US.
He added that no American president has ever condemned the brutal crimes of their predecessors against Vietnam or the criminal atomic bombing of the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and they also don’t condemn the crimes of the Zionist regime but rather, they veto all United Nations resolutions condemning the crimes of this regime.
The Iranian cleric said that no US president has made any action or spoken of freedom and independence for oppressed nations and added, “A simple look at the actions of all US presidents shows that that who determines the policies governing the US is not the people but rather a group of policymakers and a firmly-fixed and dominant network which pursues its own objectives.”
Hujjat al-Islam Shafiei said, “The coming and going of American presidents is something which is neither happy or sad for us and in this regard we must resist and endure and steadfastly maintain the ideals of the late Imam Khomeini and our nations’ martyrs.”
His Eminence called for support for liberation and anti-imperialist movements and said that we shouldn’t be deceived by the simple-minded slogans and sayings of different phenomena prevailing in the US or their leaders.
In conclusion, Hujjat al-Islam Shafiei said that disbelief, religion and tradition is united and the actions of both the Republican and Democratic Party candidates in respect to free nations is identical and coordinated and we mustn’t look at these issues with naivety or optimism.
