The interim Friday prayer leader of Tehran said, “The main outcome of Iran’s foreign policy is an organized and widespread confrontation with the illegitimate interests and excesses of the United States and the hegemonic system.” RNA – In a speech before the Friday prayer sermon at Qom’s Qods Prayer Hall, Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad-Hasan Aboutorabifard, the interim Friday prayer leader of Tehran, “Today, the Islamic Revolution is in a special position due to the presence and the insight of the people.”
His Eminence considered the believing and resistant Iranian people as among the key pillars of the progress of the Islamic Revolution and said, “If the people weren’t present on the scene, the revolution would not have succeeded and the path for the guidance of Imam Khomeyni would not have been provided. If the people had not been present with insight and resistance, today, the successor of the Imam [Ayatollah Khamenei] would not have been able to lead the revolution to the highest level.”
Referring to the revolutionary movement of the Iranian people and Iran’s clear stance on foreign policy, Hujjat al-Islam Aboutorabifard said, “The main outcome of Iran’s foreign policy, which is seen as a reaction to the desperate policies of the United States and the arrogant powers against it, is an organized and widespread confrontation with the illegitimate interests and excesses of the United States and the hegemonic system.”
He added, “Forty years of resistance by the Iranian people has prepared the way for the resistance of the Islamic Ummah and the people of the region. Today we see the power of the Islamic Resistance Front and the desperate actions of the arrogant powers today are a sign of victory and the power of the Islamic revolution and the Islamic Resistance Front.”
