Ayatollah Safi-Golpaygani has praised the Quranic projects established by the Holy Shrine of Imam al-Husayn. RNA – Grand Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi-Golpaygani praised the local and international Quranic programs and projects organized by the Quran Centre of the Holy Shrine of Imam al-Husayn in the Iraqi city of Karbala.
This came after a delegation from the centre visited the His Eminence’s office in Qom, Iran.
The director of the Quran Centre and the head of delegation Hujjat al-Islam Hasan al-Mansouri said, “The visit came after the delegation’s visits to the offices of the sources of emulation and to Islamic and cultural centres, especially those active in the fields related to the Quran, around the world.”
Hujjat al-Islam al-Mansouri added, "The most notable of these meetings was the visit to the office of His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi-Golpaygani, who was briefed on the Quranic work emanating from the Holy Shrine of Imam al-Husayn and what has been accomplished in various projects inside and outside Iraq.”
Ayatollah Safi-Golpaygani praised the efforts exerted by the staff working in Quranic fields and thanked the Holy Shrine for their work disseminating the Holy Quran and its teachings around the world and stressed on the continuation of communication to wider dimensions in this field.
