Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom offers condolences on death of Ayatollah Mohaqqeq-Kabuli
Rasa – The Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom offers condolences on the death of Ayatollah Mohaqqeq-Kabuli.
RNA – In an announcement, the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom has offered its condolences on the death of Ayatollah Qurban-Ali Mohaqqeq-Kabuli, a prominent Afghan scholar and source of emulation.
Ayatollah Mohaqqeq-Kabuli passed away on June 11, 2019 at the age of 91.
His Eminence was born in the village of Turkman in the Afghan province of Parwan northwest of Kabul in 1928. He is an ethnic Hazara.

The news of the death of Ayatollah Qurban-Ali Mohaqqeq-Kabuli, one of the prominent scholars of the Islamic Seminary of Qom, has caused great sorrow and pain.
For many years, this warrior and jurisprudent has been engaged in teaching in the Islamic seminaries of Najaf, Kabul and Qom and in the promotion of Islamic education. During the jihad of the Afghan people, he was a guide, leader and a companion of the warriors.
The Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom offers their condolences on the death of this scholar to Imam al-Mahdi, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Khamenei], the sources of emulation, the Islamic Seminaries, the people and the scholars of Afghanistan and their families and prayed for mercy and divine blessings for the deceased and for the patience of the survivors and for them to be rewarded by God Almighty.
