Tehran's provisional Friday Prayers Leader Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani blasted the West for increasing pressures on the Islamic Republic, and said that the Iranian nation will stand up firmly against enemies' plots. According to Fars News Agancy, the senior cleric, meantime, called on the Iranian people to increase their unity in a bid to defeat the enemies.
In relevant remarks in mid-November 2018, Ayatollah Emami Kashani slammed US President Donald Trump's continued propaganda against Iran, and said that such efforts will eventually fail.
"The enemies of Iran, in particular US President Donald Trump, have waged a media war and propaganda to show their anti-Iran policies have been successful, but people across the world know well that their policies have been defeated," the senior cleric added.
He reiterated that the US and its regional allies, specially Saudi Arabia, are trying to cover up their crimes by waging propaganda against Iran, but the whole world is getting more informed of their crimes.
