RNA – Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Ebrahim Maleki, the dean of al-Mustafa International University’s Esfahan campus, along with the Council of Deputies of this university and seminary for non-Iranian students, met with Ayatollah Hoseyn Mazaheri and Ayatollah Sayyed Abolhasan Mahdavi.
During this meeting, Ayatollah Mazaheri highlighted the position of al-Mustafa International University among the renowned international organizations and said, “Today, al-Mustafa International University has achieved a lofty position. Now, al-Mustafa International University has reached a privileged position and the world has praised them. al-Mustafa International University is a great achievement for the holy system of the Islamic Republic.”
Hujjat al-Islam Maleki also provided a brief report on the activities and educational, research and cultural programs of al-Mustafa International University’s Esfahan campus in the year 1397 (2018-19) and said, “In this regard, the implementation and operation of the educators’ plan, the inauguration of level four classes in the fields of jurisprudence, the principles of jurisprudence, theology, philosophy and launch of a doctorate in comparative studies are significant.”
His Eminence stated that the education of non-Iranian scholars is one of the main issues facing the officials of al-Mustafa International University and stated, “Considering all the aspects and the subtleties of this process, we consider it as necessary upon ourselves to do our utmost to address this important issue.”
He continued, “al-Mustafa International University has passed through hard times and has succeeded. It must be noted that education of young people requires care, patience and tolerance.”
Ayatollah Mahdavi, a member of the Assembly of Experts, also noted, “al-Mustafa International University strives hard to introduce the world to the Islamic system, to spread the Persian language and to explain the culture of the Islamic Revolution.”
He also emphasized the strengthening of rational reasoning and noted, “al-Mustafa International University is also required to strengthen rational arguments, in order to explain the foundations of the pure Islamic principles. In this regard, the seminarians of al-Mustafa International University must shoulder this duty.”
