Ayatollah Hassan Alemi, the member of the Assembly of Experts, in the session on interpretation of Sahifa Sajjadiah, held in Imam Reza (AS) Seminary, said, “Imam Sajjad (AS) in a section of Sahifa Sajjadia prayer asks God, “O God! I ask Your Majesty to provide me with the trait that enables me to be kind to all people, even those who are tyrant and disobedient”.
Saying that two ugly vices are jealousy and suspicion, Aytollah Alemi stated, “the man shouldn’t be suspicious of and jealous towards the faithful, a man should never judge any deed or person on appearance, and he should look at them with trust and interpret them as good.”
The representative of the Assembly of Experts then pointed out, “In another part of the prayer Imam Sajjad points to the fact that there are some cruel and oppressing people who other people fear them, therefore Imam Sajjad prays that God provide the people with security; today we see that some oppressing powers have penetrated into Islamic lands and rendered some countries of the region insecure, however, the Islamic Republic of Iran enjoys full security, a fact that reflects the provision of people with full security by the Islamic Republic”.
