Lebanese Shiite Mufti said that people expect officials fight against corruption and corrupt persons

RNA – In his Friday prayers sermon this week, Hojjat al-Islam Sheikh Ahmad Ghablan the Lebanese Shiite Mufti in Imam Hussein Mosque of Bourj al-Barajneh said, “The country, the government and the people of Lebanon are facing many challenges and no person or political party has the right to continue to play rhetoric and disappoint people because the only benefit to such issues is the continuation of the closure and problems of Lebanon.”

He added, “All people are responsible for the future of Lebanon and must fight against corruption decisively and start basic reforms to save the country from existing crises.”

“If the Lebanese people want to live in dignity, it's time to come. Politicians need to know that people in the streets are waiting for you. So, you should not miss the opportunity. So, with full honesty, fulfill the aspirations of the people and fight against corruption and corruptors”, Friday prayers leader of Bourj el-Barajneh in Lebanon clarified.
