Rasa – The custodian of the Marvi Seminary said, “If we truly follow Imam Khomeyni’s guidelines in a complete manner, just like the Supreme Leader, then we will thwart the plots of the enemies of the system.”
RNA – Speaking at the beginning of his class at the Marvi Islamic Seminary, Ayatollah Mohammad-Baqer Tahriri, the custodian of the Marvi Seminary in Tehran, commemorated the 9th of Dey [December 30th] and said, “The epic of the 9th of Dey was a very important event in our history which has been formed on the basis of the spontaneous support of the Muslim and Revolutionary people of the Islamic Republic of Iran and with the support of Wilayat al-Faqih [Guardianship of the Jurisprudent].”
The renowned Iranian scholar added, “From the beginning of the Islamic Revolution, the enemies have had plots and plans to overthrow the system and the Revolution but they typically attempted to use those who occasionally outwardly appeared to be Revolutionary and use young people who didn’t know the nature of the Revolution.”
He said, “The intrusive forces who came from outside were appropriate people for the plots and conspiracies to overthrow the system. The greatness of the epic of the 9th of Dey in 2009 was due to the fact that, on the one hand, people with a complete awareness of the Revolution and the deep conspiracies of the enemies rose to their feet and on the other hand, the enemies used the mysterious hands of those who interfered in the Revolution.”
Ayatollah Tahriri continued, “The presence of people in the epic of the 9th of Dey demonstrates that this Revolution is constantly being refined and essentially the path of human development is similar to that experienced by various tests. The divine religion which is based on the guardianship of Ahlul-Bayt isn’t formed from these empty tests.”
The renowned teacher in the Islamic Seminary stated that the truth of this Revolution is to show a corner of the truthful guardianship of the Ahlul-Bayt and said, “The enemies stood against the Ahlul-Bayt because they didn’t achieve their government and didn’t allow the Islamic ummah to achieve insight but with the realization of these evil objectives, the enemies became much widespread.”
He added, “In the epic of the 9th of Dey, the enemies were closely tied to the overthrow of the system and the Revolution and hostility toward Ashura. The Islamic society of Iran, which has accepted the guardianship of the Ahlul-Bayt with their lives and support Wilayat al-Faqih, which is the most basic advocate of the Ahlul-Bayt and the implementer of their objectives, stood up to defend it and foiled the enemies’ plots. Although these plots continue from the enemies.”
Ayatollah Tahriri said, “The Islamic ummah must understand with insight that the enemies create bottlenecks for our economy by opening a new path every time to overthrow the system, including through cultural influence and deviant economic thought.”
He stressed, “We must always be vigilant and awake and observe and thwart the enemies’ plots on different cultural, social, economic and political fronts.”
In conclusion, Ayatollah Tahriri pointed out, “If we truly follow Imam Khomeyni’s guidelines in a complete manner, just like the Supreme Leader, then we will thwart the enemies plots, God-willing. Let us return the plots of the seditionists to them and God Almighty will always help us in this way.”
