Rasa – The revered source of emulation emphasized on the necessity of explaining the achievements of the Islamic Revolution to society and said, “The Islamic Revolution brought human dignity and religious democracy.” RNA – In a meeting with the heads of the specialized and executive work group of the central headquarters of the fortieth anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani said that the characteristics and achievements of the Islamic Revolution must be explained to the people and said, “The first blessing of the Islamic Revolution is the unveiling of the dirty face of the tyrants and colonialists and the creation of awareness among the people.”
The revered source of emulation added, “Before the Islamic Revolution, none of the villages and small towns in Iran enjoyed such blessings as electricity, gas and asphalt and in some cases we needed countries like Bangladesh, but after the Islamic Revolution, the most deprived places in the country have enjoyed such facilities.”
He stated that in the era before the Islamic Revolution, Islam was marginalized and replaced by the communist and capitalist systems and said, “The young people were sent to study abroad during that period and after a few years they became the enthusiasts of the West.”
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani said that the decimation of the discourse of tyranny and colonialism as one of the achievements of the Islamic Revolution and added, “Today, we see that the Yellow Vests in France have also announced that their model is the Imam Khomeyni’s discourse and that they have adopted the Islamic Revolution as their model. Thus, the light of the Islamic Revolution cannot be silenced.”
The distinguished teacher in the Islamic Seminary of Qom stated that the Islamic Revolution brought religious democracy and added, “The Islamic Revolution was established to serve the deprived people and on this basis, today the authorities are working to stop the people from suffering and so that they see cheap prices on their table.”
He stressed that documentaries must be prepared to compare the era before and after the Islamic Revolution and shown to the people on television to increase awareness of the people about the achievements of the Islamic Revolution.
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani stated that the Islamic Revolution is one of the great blessings of the Lord and noted, “According to the narrations, the wilayah (guardianship) of the Ahlul-Bayt is the greatest blessing of the Lord and the Islamic Revolution was created in the wake of this guardianship.”
His Eminence referred to verse seven of Surah Ibrahim, said, “If we appreciate the blessings of the Lord, God will increase His blessings upon us but if we don’t appreciate the blessings of God, God will deprive us of them.”
