RNA - A conference on Bahraini issues with the presence of Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Abdullah al-Daqaq, held in Rasa News Agency head quarter in Qom.

In the conference which name was “Bahrain; the Oppressed Rise” dean of Bahraini seminaries in Iran, Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Abdullah al-Daqaq, said, “city councils and parliament elections in Bahrain was just like a joke and while al-Khalifa declared that people contribution in the election was 68 percent, the revolutionaries believe that this statistics are false and maximum contribution was 28 to 30 percent”

“Recent election in Bahrain was a big joke, we condemn that because al-Khalifa is going to form a parliament in the name of Bahraini people but none of the people confirm its legitimacy. If Bahraini government wants to hold a legitimate election, it should issue the permission of a free election under the supervision of the United Nations, international communities and the media”, Bahraini cleric said.

Following the al-Khalifa policies was the condition for releasing Sheikh Ali Salman

Dean of Bahraini seminaries in Iran, condemned the life sentence verdict issued by Al-Khalife for chief executive of Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society, Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Ali Salman and said, “Life sentence for Sheikh Ali Salman is because he sanctioned the Bahraini elections in 2014 and 2018 and if he withdrew from his attitudes, he would be released by al-Khalifa.”

Bahraini cleric pointed that the contemporary history of Bahrain is full of aggression and pressure on people and said, “We condemn all verdicts which have been issued by al-Khalifa courts such as denaturalization, abducting clerics and the death penalties.”

“During first and second round of the election, al-Khalifa courts issued cruel verdicts including revoking citizenship for a couple and now their child is left without parents”, Bahraini cleric stated.

“The denaturalization policy which al-khalifa follows, is called spiritual execution in international law”, he warned.

Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Abdullah al-Daqaq pointed to instituting the Sheikh Abdullah University by al-Khalifa by the apparent goal of Islamic issues and said, “By instituting the university, Al-Khalifa is going to dominate its political approach over Islamic issues such as sending Islamic muballighs (Islamic missionaries and preachers).”

“We need religious and political freedom and as we don't accept the dominance of a religion over another religion, we don’t accept any dominance of al-Khalifa political approach over Islamic issues”, the cleric said.

Al-Khalifa and al-Saud destroyed 38 mosques in Bahrain

“More than 38 mosques destroyed in Bahrain by al-Saud forces since their entrance to Bahraini soil”, dean of Bahraini seminaries in Qom, Iran, mentioned, “We want the reconstruction of destroyed mosques, religious freedom for all Islamic denominations -specially Shias- and taking pressure off the clerics and (Islamic) institutions, centers and mosques.”

“Al-Khalifa is responsible for Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim’s health”, Bahraini cleric said in the conference in Rasa head quarter in Qom, Iran, “Due to three-year home arrest he has had 4 surgeries including surgeries for cancer, right and left eyes and spinal cord. So al-Khalifa, especially Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of Bahrain, is responsible for Sheikh Isa Qassim’s health. Al-Khalifa should pave the way for Sheikh Isa Qassim to enter his country - Bahrain - because it is his country in which he was born and raised.”

“We condemn the formation of Bahraini new government because it is just like the previous one and just three ministry have been changed. The current government will make many problems so we need a new one in accordance with people’s will. We condemn the current government and parliament because they are following the king’s orders”, Hujjat al-Islam Daqaq said in the conference of “Bahrain; the Oppressed Rise”.
