RNA – In a meeting with Hujjat al-Islam Abdollah Hajj-Sadeqi, the representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Grand Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani emphasized on the goals and ideals of the Islamic Revolution and considered Wilayat al-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurisprudent) as an important pillar of the Islamic Revolution and emphasized on the necessity of giving thanks for this important blessing.
The revered source of emulation added, “All people and officials must pay attention to the characteristics of the Islamic Revolution and the guidelines of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Khamenei], plan accordingly and take the necessary measures based on these. The Islamic Revolution has stood steadily against the enemies with the blessings of Wilayat al-Faqih and the presence of people on the scene.”
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani stated that the Islamic Revolution of Iran was based on republicanism and Islamism and stated, “Islam was an important pillar of the Islamic Revolution of Iran because the late Imam [Khomeyni] clarified this on the basis of Islamic orders and led the revolution to victory.”
His Eminence continued, “Imam Khomeyni brought pure Islam into the lives of the people and society and strongly opposed ‘American Islam.’ Today, one of the important duties of the clergy is to introduce pure Islam and to explain the fabricated Islam of arrogant powers.”
Emphasizing the revival of the important command of “enjoining the of goodness and forbidding the wrong,” he referred to some doubts about the hijab and said, “If Islamic commandments, such as hijab, were not be implemented in society, they would gradually disappear.”
Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani said, “We must explain values and that which is opposed to values to society so that the people realize that the enemies claims’ are opposed to values and seek to harm society. They have to strive on the path of protecting divine and Islamic values in the form of jihad because if jihad and jihadi thinking didn’t exist, the government and its values will not remain.”
Referring to Islamic Iran’s powers in various fields, especially in the defense and missile fields, the teacher in the Islamic Seminary of Qom said, “Having nuclear power and defensive forces have frightened the enemies and as long as the spirit of martyrdom, jihad, and adherence to wilayah remains in the country, the Islamic establishment will get stronger every day.”
Referring to the efforts of the enemies of Islamic Iran to harm the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Nouri-Hamadani added, “The arrogant powers, the Zionists and their collaborators in the region are always seeking to target Iran and we must be vigilant and seriously confront them. The attack on the Iranian embassy in London must not simply be passed off but we must react and the officials must pursue this issue.”
