RNA – In an interview with Rasa News Agency, Ayatollah Mohammad Yazdi, the head of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, referred to the attacks by foreign and Western media outlets against Iran’s Islamic Revolution and said, “By prompting thoughts about the incompetence of the Islamic Revolution, these attacks were launched in order to create a sense of despair and disappointment among the people.”¬

Referring to the numerous conspiracies by the enemies since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution in 1979, he added, “From the enemies there is nothing but hostility and they cannot be friendly, therefore, they are always seeking to achieve their goals and harm the Islamic Revolution.”

Arguing that a group that has God, has everything, Ayatollah Yazdi stated, “If a group relies solely on itself and on foreigners and does not have God, willingly or not willingly, it will be defeated sooner or later.”

The jurist member of the Guardian Council continued, “It’s not such that the enemies have regretted the pursuit and execution of their plots, but maybe the latest danger has been resolved, but the hostilities of the enemies will continue.”

He stressed that the victory of the Front of Truth against the Front of Falsehood as a divine promise and said, “We are certain that by relying on God Almighty, Wilayat al-Faqih [Guardianship of Jurisprudent] and the guidance of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei] and with existence of the time-cognizant people in support of the Islamic establishment, the establishment is protected from danger and the enemies will be defeated.”

In conclusion, Ayatollah Yazdi said, “The Holy Quran expressly states that God has written that ‘I shall surely prevail, I and My apostles’ [58:21]. This is the promise God has made throughout history, and certainly the prophets and their followers will prevail.”
