RNA - Addressing a large and fervent congregation of the people in Tehran on Friday, Ayatollah Emami Kashani said, "We saw few days ago that Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei called on the Muslim leaders not to remain silent towards the suppression of the nations in their countries, specially Palestine and Yemen."
He said as the Supreme Leader stressed Muslims should have unity and consensus to fight the foreign aggressors.
In relevant remarks on Tuesday, Ayatollah Khamenei underlined that the US is overstepping its boundaries in recognizing al-Quds (Jerusalem) as Israel’s “capital" and planning to move its embassy there, saying such measures are in vain.
Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks during a meeting with participants in the 13th Session of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Conference in Tehran.
Ayatollah Khamenei described the recent decisions by the US officials concerning Jerusalem al-Quds as "arrant erring", and said, "They will not be able to carry out this measure and their efforts will not bear fruit."
On December 6, US President Donald Trump defied global warnings and said Washington formally recognized al-Quds (Jerusalem) as the “capital” of Israel and would begin the process of moving its embassy to the occupied city, breaking with decades of American policy.

Ayatollah Khamenei also said the Palestinian cause is among the main issues of the Muslim world, adding, "In the Palestinian issue, the three incidents of 'land occupation', 'mass expulsion of millions of people' and 'massacre and horrible crime against humanity' occurred."

The Supreme Leader emphasized the significance of "unity in the Muslim world" and said unity in the Muslim world which enjoys enormous facilities and a very crucial global status can prepare the ground for the formation of a "big and influential power."
Ayatollah Khamenei added that Muslim countries should not allow discord, war and bloodshed, whose main cause are the US and Zionists, to establish a safe haven for the Zionist regime.

Ayatollah Khamenei underlined that Palestine will be free, and said, "The Zionists' aim to declare Quds the capital of the occupied Palestine which indicates their inability and failure.
"Today, the enemies, the United States, the global Arrogance and the Zionist regime have lined up against the Islamic Ummah and the path of the Prophet; they and all their allies are today's pharaohs who aim to launch war in the region," the Supreme Leader added.
"The US officials have always notified they want to launch war in the region to maintain the security of the Zionist regime," he further said.
Ayatollah Khamenei reiterated that "we have no discord among Muslim nations. We are up for unity; but, if there are people who are against this movement that is interested in unity and they are after staging war, we advise them that the outcome of what some states, in region, are doing will be as Quran says, 'their own destruction'."
"Today, unfortunately, there are rulers and elites in this region that dance to the tune of the US: they do whatever the US desires against Islam," he noted.
He went on to say that today the "Pharaoh is the US, the Zionist regime and their followers in the region" who want to stage wars in the region; this is US' plot".
