RNA – According to Rasa News Agency, a group of scholars, clerics and tribal leaders from Iraq’s Basrah governorate met with Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad-Sa’id al-Hakim, a Najaf-based source of emulation.
During the meeting, Ayatollah al-Hakim emphasized the necessity of “boosting our relation with God Almighty and strengthening our religious beliefs” and added, “The grace of God and the trust of the believers in the Lord led to the victory of the Iraqi people over terrorism.”
“The believers would not deceived by the devil who is after weakening faiths and making people forget about the Day of Judgement,” he added.
The Iraqi source of emulation demanded the believers to “take pilgrimage of the holy shrines of infallible Imams seriously” and reiterated that the pilgrimage of the infallible Imams should be a reminder of the principles of religion and a greater degree of attachment to their way of life.”
