RNA – According to Rasa News Agency, more than 130 Bahraini clerics issued a statement dismissing the normalization of relations with the Zionist regime and condemning the Bahraini delegation’s visit to the Zionist regime.
The statement of Bahraini scholars is as follows:

All praise be to God and prayers and peace be upon Muhammad and his purified family
Regarding what has been published recently in the media about the visit of a Bahraini delegation to the occupied Palestinian territories wearing the clothes of the clergy, we have categorically denied any normalization of relations with the usurious Zionist regime based on our religious responsibility. We hereby strongly condemn this action.
We also seek acquital from the actions of such individuals and announce that they are not our representatives at all.
We reject all the false accusations that have been made to justify this action, because this action clearly is disregarding the recommendations of the great religious authorities and scholars in regard to this issue.
