Rasa – The head of Lebanon’s Reform and Unity Movement demanded the expulsion of American ambassadors from Arab and Islamic countries.
Sunni scholar calls for ‘dismissal of American ambassadors from Arab, Islamic countries’

RNA – According to Rasa News Agency, Shaykh Maher Abdul-Razzaq, the head of Lebanon’s Reform and Unity Movement strongly condemned the United States’ decision to recognize Jerusalem al-Quds as the capital of the Zionist regime saying, “Transferring the US embassy to al-Quds is not only considered a war and assault on the holy city but also a war on the entire Arab and Islamic world as well.”

The Sunni cleric demanded the Arab and Islamic countries to “dismiss American ambassadors from their country” and called for “declaring a new national intifada to put American embassies all across the world under siege.”

US President Donald Trump officially recognize Jerusalem al-Quds as Israel’s capital on Wednesday, prompting a wave of condemnations and warnings from Palestinian factions and many world leaders, including Washington’s very own allies.

The US president also tasked his officials with making preparations for the relocation of Washington’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem al-Quds.
