RNA – In response to an arrogant conspiracy to transfer the Zionist capital to al-Quds (Jerusalem), Hujjat al-Islam Abbas Rafati-Na’ini, the spokesman for the Centre for the Management of the Islamic Seminaries, said, “Today, the Zionist regime has become more isolated than in the past, not only in the region but also in the international arena, and the plan to transfer of the capital of this false regime is undoubtedly a position of weakness and despondency.”
The teacher in the Islamic Seminary of Qom condemned this cowardly action and said, “Just as the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei] said, this position by the United States has been taken to the benefit of the Zionist usurper regime and in fact, demonstrates the weakness and despondency of this child-killing regime.”
Hujjat al-Islam Rafati-Na’ini added, “Today, the United States and its allies are seeking to strengthen the morale of the Zionist regime and for this reason, by proposing the transfer of the Zionist regime's capital to al-Quds, they are seeking to inspire this usurping regime.”
He said that United States’ actions today are due to the weakness and allegiance of some of the Arab countries in the region to other powers and noted, “That the United States, from time to time, creates turmoil in the Middle East and interferes in various areas of the region, unfortunately comes from the weakness and allegiance of some Arab-Islamic countries in the region.”
His Eminence said, “Today the American-Zionist sedition can only be neutralized through the unity of the Islamic ummah and the unified actions of the Islamic countries, otherwise, the positions of the United States and the foolish actions of the child-killing Zionist regime will launch another intifadah.”
Hujjat al-Islam Rafati-Na’ini said, “God-willing, with this American-Zionist plot and sedition, we will witness the disappearance of this false regime and the overthrow of this regime will begin without undue delay with the implementation of this plan.”
The spokesman for the Centre for the Management of the Islamic Seminaries stressed that the Islamic Seminaries also condemn this plan and called on all Islamic nations to not only condemn this new sedition in the Middle East and the Muslim world but to demonstrate that they aren’t like the Saudi regime, the servants of the Zionist regime, their lackeys and the arrogant powers. Any country that does not follow this movement, like the Saudi regime, is undeniably rejected by the Islamic world.”
On Wednesday, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, defied global warnings and said the United States formally recognizes al-Quds (Jerusalem) as the “capital” of Israel, and will begin the process of moving its embassy to the occupied city, breaking with decades of American policy.
