Rasa - Tehran's provisional Friday Prayers Leader Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Movahedi Kermani warned against enemies' plots, and urged Muslims across the world to become united.
Tehran

RNA - Addressing a large and fervent congregation of the people in Tehran on Friday, Ayatollah Movahedi Kermani said, "Many of the Islamic governments have been deceived or terrorized and prevent unity among Muslims."

Referring to the role played by Iran and Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement in the collapse of the ISIL terrorist group in Iraq and Syria, the senior cleric said it was a sign of Islam's power.

The ISIL's defeat in its last stronghold in Syria’s Albu Kamal city on November 19 marked the end of the terrorist group's self-proclaimed caliphate. Supported by certain regional and international powers, the terrorist group declared its establishment in Iraq and Syria in 2014 committing countless crimes against humanity in the name of Islam which took place in line with the Islamophobia strategy.
