RNA – In an interview with Rasa News Agency, Ayatollah Abbas-Ali Soleymani offered his congratulations on the victory of the Islamic Resistance over the Daesh Takfiri terrorist organization and saying that in our narrations, one of the doors of paradise is called Bab al-Mujahedin [Gate of the Warriors] and added, “In Islam, the title of jihad is considered one of the very valuable and lofty titles.”
The representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Sistan and Baluchestan province added, “When a nation or culture is rooted in jihad, this nation does not bow down to others and lives with dignity.”
Referring to the collapse of the evil phenomenon of Daesh in the region, he said, “Today, we are witnessing the collapse of the putrid seed of Daesh and the destruction of this group is due to the jihad and the resistance of brave sons of Islam, the wise leadership of the Supreme Leader [Ayatollah Khamenei] and the command of Major General Hajj Qasem Soleymani.”
Ayatollah Soleymani emphasized, “The Popular Mobilization Forces of Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, along with the Defenders of the Holy Shrines, under the leadership and guidance of Major General Hajj Qasem Soleymani, are the reasons for the destruction of Daesh in the region.”
The Friday prayer leader of Zahedan said that the period of the Imposed War [Iran-Iraq War] as the best period for understanding the duty of jihad and said, “From the time of the Holy Defense [Iran-Iraq War], Islamic Iran has had the best recognition regarding the divine duty of jihad and resistance against the enemies. If this were not understood, certainly a large part of our territory would be under the tyrannical boots of the brutal elements of the West.”
He said that the destruction of Daesh was due to the blessings of the existence of the culture of jihad and resistance and added, “The leaders of Islam, the brave sons of this system, the noble people, and the Defenders of the Holy Shrines performed their duties such that the great general, Hajj Qasem Soleymani, conveyed the glad tidings of the eradication of Daesh in a report to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution.”
Ayatollah Soleymani added, “If not for the resistance of the Popular Mobilization Forces, the Syrian army, the Defenders of the Holy Shrines, the Fatemiyoun Division from Afghanistan, the Hezbollah from Lebanon, the Zayinabiyoun Division from Pakistan, as well as the skillful and wise command of Hajj Soleymani, we would certainly not have seen the destruction of the Takfiris and Daesh.”
The representative of the people of Sistan and Baluchestan in the Assembly of Experts pointed out that the only system that has been able demonstrate and practice the slogan of ‘Death to America,’ defeat the fragile arrogant system and neutralize of all of their conspiracies, including the creation of Daesh, with the guidance of the Leader and the sacrifices of the honourable sons of this great figure in the Muslim world, is the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
Ayatollah Soleymani noted the valuable role of the Popular Mobilization Forces, saying, “These forces are the result of the [obligatory jihad] fatwa issued by Ayatollah al-Sistani and were trained by the Islamic Revolution, the followers of the commands of the Supreme Leader and the educated Iranian youth under the command of Hajj Soleymani.”
