Rasa - The senior member of Lebanon's Jabhat al-Amal al-Islamiyah said: “Israel fuels religious conflicts so that the people of the region and Muslims in general forget about the issue of Palestine.”

RNA - According to Rasa News Agency, Sheikh Sharif Tatio, senior member of Lebanon's Jabhat al-Amal al-Islamiyah said during a press conference that the issue of Palestine has damaged the most in result of current developments of the Muslim world.”

 

“The Zionist regime, with cooperation of the criminal US, have managed to distract the minds of the Muslim world from the issue of Palestine by seeking to create sedition and division among the Muslim Ummah,” the Sunni scholar added.

 

Sheikh Sharif Tatio also pointed out: “Unfortunately, Israel, with its subtlety, turned the Zionist-Islamic war into an Arab-Arab conflict, and they’ve also been able to turn the conflict to Shiite and Sunni conflicts as well.”

 

The member of Lebanon's Jabhat al-Amal al-Islamiyah stated that while all the countries in the Muslim world believe in in God, the mission of the holy Prophet and the Qiblah, Israel, as the first enemy of the Islamic world, launched Arab-Persian conflicts in the region.”

 

At the end of his speech, he argued that the Muslims are fighting and killing each other while the Zionist regime is working on its evil plans in security and comfort.

 

According to the Israeli daily Haaretz, Tel Aviv has been preparing for the next war with Hezbollah since 2006, especially after getting a bloody nose in the previous confrontation. 

 

Israel launched two wars on Lebanon in 2000 and 2006, in both of which the Hezbollah resistance movement inflicted heavy losses on the regime’s military. Over the past months, Israeli officials have threatened another war on Lebanon.

 

Israeli forces regularly violate Lebanon’s sovereignty and target Lebanese patrol soldiers.
