RNA – Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, the head of the Islamic Seminaries of Iran, and his accompanying seminary delegation met with two Shi’ah sources of emulation, Grand Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani and Grand Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi-Golpaygani in Qom and discussed ongoing issues in the seminaries.
During his meeting with Ayatollah Arafi, senior Shi’ah cleric, Ayatollah Safi-Golpaygani elaborated on the Islamic Seminary’s important duties in the present era and highlighted the urge to promote the teachings of the Ahlul-Bayt worldwide as the main responsibility of the Islamic Seminaries.
“It’s best to promote Quranic teachings as well as the narrations of the Ahlul-Bayt in the Islamic Seminaries since these are considered as your main responsibilities. I advise you to do your best in order to promote the valuable teachings of the Ahlul-Bayt because these hadiths and narrations are the main sources of our knowledge and understating,” Ayatollah Safi-Golpaygani concluded.
