RNA – In his Friday prayer sermon delivered to a large and fervent crowd of believers in Qom’s Qods Prayer Hall, Ayatollah Sayyed Mohammad Sa’idi referred to the “nonsensical statements” made by the president of the United States, Donald Trump, in his speech on October 13th and said, “After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the United States has always had the illusion of being a superpower.”
The custodian of the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatimah al-Ma’sumah added that Iran was once shackled and chained to the arrogant United States due to the betrayal of the Pahlavi regime but with the blessings of the Quran and the Ahlul-Bayt and the leadership of Imam Khomeyni and the accompaniment of the people, the shackles and chains of captivity imposed by the arrogant powers were torn off and the Islamic Revolution took the path of pure Muhammadan Islam.”
He said that the demands for independence and the cries of the slumbering people have disturbed the United States, saying, “The enemies, with their plots and plans, are thinking of enslaving the Iranian people again and today, Trump has been concealing American bullying tactics with insanity.”
Ayatollah Sa’idi continued, “The president of the United States wants to solve every internal and external problem through this method. By making nonsensical and irrational statements, Trump seeks to shake the hearts of some people inside Iran so that they say ‘give this insane man what he wants so he will stop interfering in our lives.’”
The representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution [Ayatollah Khamenei] in Qom province added, “However, some people within the country do not fear the words of the president of the United States.”
His Eminence said that the Americans have given control of this work to the Europeans in complete harmony and said, “The authorities of the Islamic system are vigilant and in a meeting with the Assembly of Experts, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution emphasized that the authorities must not be negligent of the plots and schemes of the enemies, especially the Americans.”
Ayatollah Sa’idi stressed, “The officials must be vigilant and see the iron hand of the Americans in the velvet gloves of the Europeans. The hearts of the authorities of the country must not shake due to the threats and insanity of the President of the United States. With determination and trust in God, as well as with trust in the people, the authorities of the Islamic system must strongly say to the criminal regime of the United States that ‘the Islamic Republic of Iran will put you in your place and you will sit in this place.’”
Qom’s Friday prayer leader said, “The American government and Trump are taking a stand against the heroic Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the words of the commander-in-chief of the IRGC and the movements of Major-General Qasem Soleymani in this slumbering region have distressed and disturbed the enemies, especially the Americans.”
He added, “Today, the United States has lost the regions that had been under their control and the IRGC have a place in the hearts of the people and with eternal divine power and the guidance of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ayatollah Khamenei, we will liberate the region from the corruptors, seditious, deviants, Americans and Zionists.”
Ayatollah Sa’idi emphasized that due to divine grace, the IRGC will defeat all of the plots of the arrogant powers, especially the Americans, and will neutralize their plots.
He also noted, “From the beginning of his movement, Imam Khomeyni shouted the slogan ‘No East, No West, Islamic Republic’ to demonstrate to the arrogant powers that the Islamic system of government is not based on dependence to either the Eastern or Western powers nor the interference of these powers.”
In conclusion, His Eminence noted the serious support of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the sources of emulation for the Muslim and oppressed people of Myanmar and called on the people to help these oppressed people.
