RNA – The Association of Islamic Scholars of Tyre held a celebration in the mosque of the southern Lebanese city’s religious school in the presence of a large number of scholars, members of the Palestinian resistance movement and the heads of Islamic centres.
Speaking at this ceremony, Hujjat al-Islam Ali Yasin, the head of this association, said, “The victories of the Islamic Resistance Axis, especially the defeat of the Daesh siege on Dayr al-Zawr in Syria, ended the project to divide Syria and ended the hope of the continuation of the presence of the Zionist regime in the region.”
He added, “The Resistance Axis will remain on the path to liberate Palestine from the occupation of the Zionists. If it wasn’t for the decision of the wise commander of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon [Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah] to mediate in Syria and confront the Takfiris, Lebanon would now be occupied by the Takfiris and Zionists.”
The Lebanese Shi’ah cleric stated, “Due to the grace of the resilience and coordination of the Lebanese and Syrian armies, Lebanon was liberated and the bodies of the martyrs were returned to the country. The government must protect the golden equation of the army, nation and Resistance, and prosecute all those who betrayed the Lebanese Armed Forces.”
Emphasizing the necessity to pay attention to the issue of Palestine, Hujjat al-Islam Yasin stated, “Original Islam has never left Palestine and the people continue to devote their most precious possessions to the liberation of the first qiblah.”
He continued, saying, “We’re hopeful that all who have opted for an option other than the resistance to liberate Palestine will end this issue because they will give the Zionist enemies an opportunity to continue their murder and crimes against the Palestinian people.”
Referring to the murder of Muslims in Myanmar, the head of the Association of Islamic Scholars of Tyre, said, “Muslims must abandon the blind fanaticism and strive to consolidate Islamic unity through which we can help Islam and protect Muslims in Yemen, Iraq, Syria and all Arab and Islamic countries.”
Hujjat al-Islam Yasin stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran is the best example in this regard and stressed that this country is a flagbearer of the slogan “strong Islam,” which has the ability to liberate Palestine.
