RNA - The head of the Council of Sunni Ulema, Khalid al-Mulla, in a message in response to recent transfers made by the ISIL terrorist group, said that fighting the ISIS terrorist movement in Syria was a domestic issue related to the Syrian regime as well His allies.

He added that some of the media are exaggerating the existing threats against Iraq by undermining the victories of the people of the country in the recent operations of the warriors in Mosul and Tal Afar.

The head of the Iraqi Sunnis Ulema Council pointed out that the Syrian government and its allies were friends of the country, saying that the borders of Iraq are the red lines of the people of this country and they would defend it with their blood in case of any threat.

He stressed that the Iraqi people are fighting in the same front alongside Syria against the terrorism and save the world from terrorist threats.

Sheikh Khaled al-Mulla said: "The security forces and the Popular Mobilization forces have brought the ISIL to its knees, so why should they fear a number of failed terrorists that are outside of the country?"

He continued: The Iraqi government, with the help of the security forces and the popular mobilization forces, works well in protecting its borders and has gained significant achievements in this field, which is proud.

The head of the Sunni Ulema Council emphasized the need for a united battle against the ISIS terrorist group, pointing out: "Terrorism has become a global threat, so all countries must work to solve it.”

It is noteworthy that Syrian and Resistance Army forces liberated western Qalamoun a few days ago, and thus the whole of Lebanon's highlands are now liberated from the hands of terrorists.

Also, according to an agreement between Hezbollah and the ISIS terrorist group, ISIL terrorists were transferred from the West Bank to Al-Bukmal in Deirazor.

This is while Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abbadi said in response to the agreement that the transfer of countless ISIL terrorists to the border with Iraq is unacceptable.
