RNA – In a message to the Quran Festival of the Ministry of Health in Fars Province, Grand Ayatollah Naser Makarem-Shirazi said, “Muslims must be united and have solidarity in response to the brutal attacks by the enemies and the best way is to gather the people around the Quran.”

I welcome all the loved ones who participated in these festivals and Quranic activities in the country in any way. I am confident that your loved ones will come to the path of felicity and happinessby
familiarizing themselves with the Quran and the life-giving teachings of Islam and that you can become scholarly individuals, believers and purified in the future and help your country. Yes, the future of the country will be made by you, the qualified youth, provided that you follow the guidance of the Quran.
The Quran is the luminous word of God and the eternal instructions of human felicity and the link between all Muslims of the world. In a situation where Islamic countries are burning in the fire of conflict, Muslims must be united and have solidarity in response to the brutal attacks by the enemies. The best way is according to verse 103 of Surah Aale Imran, which says: “Hold fast, all together, to God’s cord, and do not be divided [into sects].” All should gather around the Quran because holding fast to God’s cord is the same as adhering to the teachings of this great book and the familiarity of young people and adolescents to this great book protects them against the cultural invasion by the enemies and their attempts to destroy their moral and ethical principles.
In the end, to all of you, dear youth, I advise you to read the verses of the Holy Quran every day, even if a limited number of verses, after the morning prayers, think about their meaning and carry it out in your life to taste good pleasure and peace of mind. For all of you, I pray to the beneficent God for your success, praise, dignity and health of the soul and body and I extend my sincere thanks to all those involved.
