RNA – In his Friday prayer sermon delivered to a large and fervent crowd of believers in the Iraqi city of Najaf’s al-Fatimiyah al-Kubra Husayniyah, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Sadruddin al-Qubanchi referred to the latest security incidents in Iraq and said the operation to liberate Nineveh Governorate and the city of Mosul from the Daesh Takfiri terrorists has progressed rapidly in recent weeks and many strategic regions have been liberated from the clutches of the terrorists in recent days.

The Iraqi scholar added that, contrary to what the opposition media says, Saudi Arabia has not participated in the operation to liberate Mosul because they are the main supporters of Daesh.

Hujjat al-Islam al-Qubanchi said that due to Iraq’s recent victories over Daesh, the world’s opinion has changed in regard to the fighters and said the heroism and sacrifice of the Iraqi army in the last year has been such that the United States has been forced to confess their power.

In other remarks, he called for schools to improve their levels of education and explained that teachers should be give special attention to ethical, academic and cultural issues in the education of their students.

His Eminence said that teachers have important role in developing students and noted that students should respect their teachers and the rules of their school because after their parents, it is teachers to who deserve the greatest thanks and appreciation.

Hujjat al-Islam al-Qubanchi also condemned the execution of three revolutionary Bahraini youths by the tiny country’s tyrannical Al Khalifah regime on January 15 and said that Sami Mushayma’, Abbas Jamil Tahir al-Sami’ and Ali Abdul-Shahid al-Sinkays did not commit any crime and were only pursuing their rights in a peaceful manner.

They were executed over allegations of killing a member of Emirati forces who had been assisting Manama in its suppression of Bahraini protesters in the northern village of al-Dayh back in March 2014.

The Friday prayer leader of Najaf said that the Bahraini government should reconsider its foreign and domestic policy and added that the country is under the domination of foreigners who have entered the country under various names, such as the Peninsula Shield Force.

“Al Khalifah regime must not tie its future to the Al Saud and they must acknowledge the rights of the people,” he said.
