Sami Mushayma’, Abbas Jamil Tahir al-Sami’ and Ali Abdul-Shahid al-Sinkis were executed on January 15th over allegations of killing a member of Emirati forces who had been assisting Manama in its suppression of Bahraini protesters in the northern village of al-Dayh back in March 2014.

Hujjat al-Islam Shirazi said that the execution of one Shi’ah youth cleric in Pakistan breaks the people’s hearts but the news of the execution of three young Shi’ah revolutionaries in Bahrain doubles this pain.

Calling the execution of these three youths “personal revenge” and “state terrorism” by the Manama regime, he added, “The execution of these three young men will rock the foundations of the Al Khalifah regime will lead to the collapse of their government.”

He severely criticized the silence and indifference of the international community and human rights institutions toward the deplorable human rights situation in Bahrain and said Pakistan’s Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen condemns “the inhumane and immoral mercenaries of the Al Khalifah regime in Bahrain.”

Hujjat al-Islam Shirazi expressed his condolences to the families of these three Bahraini martyrs and demanded that the United Nations and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemn this “heinous offense” and called on Islamic countries to fulfill their duty to hold Bahrain accountable for its crimes and to prevent such a wave of bloodshed in the Islamic world.

His Eminence also prayed that God give the families of these martyr’s patience, blessings and grant the victims paradise.
