RNA – In an interview with Rasa News Agency, Ayatollah Mohsen Heydari, the representative of the people of Khuzestan in the Assembly of Experts, stressed that the unity and convergence of the revolutionary forces and revolutionary values are important and essential and added that this issue is evident and cannot be understated.

The Friday prayer leader of Ahvaz added that practically, one of the requirements of the occurrence and the emergence of the Islamic Revolution and its continuation is unity and convergence and the axis of unity and convergence is its Islamic and revolutionary basis.

“This same factor caused the Iranian nation to remain united and to say ‘yes’ to the call of Imam Khomeini,” he said, adding, “The establishment of the historical Islamic Revolution was due to Islamic unity.”

Ayatollah Heydari explained that the continuation of the Islamic Revolution along the line of the goals of the system of Wilayat al-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurisprudent) and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei, is due to the blessings of Islamic unity.

He noted that the Supreme Leader recently explained that the axis of Sunni-Shi’ah unity is based on being revolutionary because there is no other opposition between the left- and right-wing and Reformists and Principalists.

His Eminence said that contrast exists between revolutionary and non-revolutionary groups and those who accept the ideology of pure Muhammadan Islam, Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei are revolutionary and those who don’t accept this ideology are not revolutionary.

Ayatollah Heydari said that unfortunately in some situations, non-revolutionary individuals have gained some sort of authority or power in Iran and the cultures of aristocracy, the influence of the seditionists and hypocrites have launched strong attacks against the Islamic system of government and the Islamic Revolution.

He said the only way to prevent corrupt movements is to unite the revolutionary forces and not create further groups or divisions and noted that there are differences in preference but all the revolutionary forces must overcome their disputes and matters of preference and give consideration to the true principles of the Islamic Revolution.

“It is hoped that there will be change and the revolutionary forces and the management of the country will fall to the Hezbollahi movement,” he said.
