Rasa - Ayatollah Alawi Gorgani said: “It’s very important for the seminary students to start learning different foreign languages.
RNA - “It’s very important for the seminary students to learn different languages in order to be able to promote Islam throughout the world,” Ayatollah Alawi Gorgani said during a meeting with the members of International Languages and Cultures Institute of Qom.
“Islamic seminaries are in need of such courses today. Seminaries must start learning and teaching languages that might not be so popular but are important to work on,” he added.
He noted the propaganda launched against religion as a whole, Islam, and the Islamic society of Iran and expressed concern over spread of Iranophobia and Islamophobia across the world and said: “This shows how important learning and teaching foreign languages can be.”
