RNA – In an interview with Rasa News Agency, Hujjat al-Islam Ruhollah Mokhtari examined the factors for the formation of the Takfiri phenomenon and said in the last decade, we have witnessed the formation of Takfiri movements in Islamic countries which unfortunately have committed obscene acts in order to achieve the goals of the Western powers.
The director of the Islamic Seminaries of Hormozgan province stated that the support of the international media for extremist groups has led some Muslim youth to join these groups. “For this reason, it’s necessary to explain the true nature of these extremist groups in order to stop such deviancy,” he said.
He said that the elimination of Islamic scholars is the most serious threat posed by the Daesh Takfiri group added that the creation of division among Muslims is one of the primary goals of Takfiri groups and the Islamic world must pay attention to this matter.
Hujjat al-Islam Mokhtari said that Takfiri groups, as the promotors of a deviant movement in Islam, seek to influence the Islamic ummah and Muslims must achieve unity and solidarity in order to prevent the achievement of this evil goal.
He added that the enemies are trying to prevent Islam from showing its true form and try to prevent the flag of Islam from being raised around the word.
His Eminence stressed that the most important solutions to the dangers posed by the Takfiri phenomenon in the Islamic world are vigilance and ending the passive situation of the Islamic world.
The Iranian cleric added that through these means, we can undermine the role of the House of Saud, the Zionists and the United States in the Islamic world.
Hujjat al-Islam Mokhtari pointed to the influence of the Wahhabi and Takfiri phenomena in the Muslim world and described the specific situation of the Islamic world and the situation of the Islamic Resistance in Syria, Yemen, Bahrain and recent developments in Iraq and said, “The violence and inhumanity committed by Daesh in the name of Islam is a conspiracy by international Zionism and the leaders of the Saudi regime.”
He noted the important and effective role of Muslim scholars in opposition to the plots against extremist groups, saying that Muslim scholars will always be the guides of society, especially when various plots threaten Islam.
In conclusion, Hujjat al-Islam Mokhtari noted that the weakening and restriction of the power and tyranny of the imperialist powers, the culmination of humanitarian teachings and the empowerment of the Muslim world are the most important fruits of Islamic unity.
