RNA – In his sermon marking Eid al-Adha at Lady Fatimah al-Zahra Mosque in Qom’s Pardisan neighbourhood, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Samsamoddin Ghavami referred to verse 42 of Surah al-Anfal, and said that sacrifice must be performed with sincerity and for God Almighty.
The Friday prayer leader of Pardisan said piety is a condition for the acceptance of one’s acts of worship and wsa a reason for the acceptance the sacrifice of Abel and piety was also the reason for the lack of acceptance of Cain’s sacrifice. Eid al-Adha is a festival to gain closeness to God and on this day, we should end our attraction to materialistic interests and wishes, just as the Prophet Abraham did.
He referred to verse 34 of Surah al-Anfal and said that the largest crime of the Al Saud is that they blocked the path of the Sacred Mosque in Makkah, which is the mosque of the House of God and said, “In the Holy Quran, God Almighty said, ‘What [excuse] have they that God should not punish them, when they bar [the faithful] from the Sacred Mosque, and they are not its custodians? Its custodians are only the pious, but most of them do not know.’”
Hujjat al-Islam Ghavami added that the House of God [Ka’bah] must not be given to the usurpers but unfortunately today, the House of God is in the hands of the impious.
The head of the Foundation for the Jurisprudence of Islamic Management addressed the Al Saud saying, “You have had many incidents which have killed a large number of pilgrims over the years, including a stampede inside a pedestrian tunnel, tent fires, the collapse of a crane in Makkah and the stampede in Mina. What kind of management and security is this that you have created in the secure House of God?!”
He added that because the Al Saud have petrodollars, their entire disgraceful record has been wiped clean by the United Nations and all international organizations are also at their service. Evidence suggests that the tragedy in Mina was due to a deliberate lack of oversight.
Hujjat al-Islam Ghavami said a man with Alzheimer’s became the king of Saudi Arabia and all power was given to his 34-year-old son, who is the same age as Yazid. “In the third year of his rule, Yazid destroyed Madinah and the Ka’bah and brought about the tragedy of Karbala,” he said.
His Eminence added that now the Al Saud have destroyed Syria, Yemen and all the countries in the region. “The rulers of Saudi Arabia purchased $10 billion worth of arms to destroy these countries but does not attack Israel,” he stressed.
Hujjat al-Islam Ghavami said that this family have changed the name of Hijaz to Saudi Arabia and stressed that no other family has named a country after themselves but this has happened in Saudi Arabia where the Al Saud treat Hijaz as their personal property.
