RNA – In a speech at the commencement ceremony for the new academic year in the Islamic Seminaries in the city holy of Qom, Ayatollah Sayyed Hashem Hoseyni-Bushehri, a member of the Supreme Council of Islamic Seminaries, said, “The international community expects more from Iran’s Islamic Seminaries than the past since they train students according the school of the Ahlul-Bayt and as the students of the school of thought of the Ahlul-Bayt, we need to be prepared to answer that call.”
The Iranian cleric added, “Today the students of the Islamic Seminary, which is the pioneer of educational centres in Iran, will begin their courses. I am hopeful of witnessing the great achievements of the academic growth of the Seminaries this year. The clerics should not forget the words of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, in which he asked them to strictly adhere to the principles of the Islamic Revolution.”
The deputy chairman of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom noted the importance of taking advantage of one’s limited lifetime saying, “The clerics must make use of their worthy lifetime in order to educate themselves the best they can.”
