RNA – Speaking with a delegation from the Arab League, headed by Secretary-General Halah al-Asa’ad, Shaykh Na’im Qasim, the Deputy Secretary-General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah Islamic Resistance group stressed the necessity of public support for the Palestinians and said the Arab groups and personalities must use their voices to help the Islamic Resistance and free Palestine.
He added that Arab rulers have changed the course of the conflict in such a way that instead of fighting against the Zionist regime and its projects, they are suppressing their people and fighting with the Islamic Resistance in service to the imperialist powers, especially the United States, and their programs.
Shaykh Qasim said, “We have faith in the Resistance Axis and in the people of resistance and upon the basis of fate, we will be successful at defeating the Zionist and Takfiri terrorists. Also, we can move forward and achieve victory because we are the rightful owners of the land and believe in sovereignty and independence.”
He said that the Islamic Resistance is based on the sacrifice of blood, the honour of victory, the liberation of the land and defeat of the ‘New Middle East’ project, which is a theoretical idea which has become an unforgivable reality.
The senior Hezbollah official emphasized that our future is through the Resistance Axis, adding that all of the political, military, cultural and media networks must unify in order to achieve more achievements for the Islamic nation and future generations.
For her part, Halah al-Asa’ad explained that the objective of the establishment of the Arab League enables the Arab people to express their real positions after the League engaged in projects that do not serve the interests of the Arab and Islamic nations.
