RNA – Speaking at a ceremony on Tuesday night at the office of Pakistan’s Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen in Karachi, Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Shafaqat-Husayn Shirazi, the International Affairs Deputy of the Shi’a political organization, said: “The late Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei have familiarized the world with the true nature of the imperialist powers.”
The Pakistani cleric noted the role of the United States and the Zionist regime and their agents in the crises occurring throughout the Islamic world and said: “Only with the vigilance and attentiveness of the people, can we frustrate the imperialists’ plots.”
He emphasized that the imperialist powers are always outwardly deceptive and we must be aware of their hidden policies.
Hujjat al-Islam Shirazi added that the founder of Iran’s Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ruhollah Khomeini and his legitimate successor, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, exposed the true face of the imperialist powers to the world.
His Eminence said that the founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, sought to establish an Islamic state in South Asia, but the mercenaries and dependents of the imperialist powers wouldn’t allow him to achieve his goals.
“Today, Pakistan is battlefield between the followers of Imam Khomeini and the mercenaries of the imperialist powers and the final victory of this war will belong to the followers of Imam Khomeini in Pakistan,” he stressed.
