RNA – Speaking at a press conference in the city of Shahrreza, Hujjat al-Islam Ali Alemi, referred to the security which Iran enjoys, saying that security as an essential component of any system of government and any government or state should always consider this issue and the providers of the security of this country should also appreciate the people and officials.
The head of the ideological-political group “22 Artillery Barracks” said that the people and the authorities must also appreciate the great blessing of security, adding that in the current era where there is such insecurity in the region, they must pay attention to the new fronts and complications which the imperial powers have created to oppose the Islamic Revolution. “Given this, protecting this security has become much more important,” he said.
He added that Takfiri terrorist groups are a clear example of the new fronts that the arrogant powers have created in order to counter the Islamic Revolutionary Axis and the Islamic Resistance, including Hezbollah.
Hujjat al-Islam Alemi referred to the some of the recent developments in the Middle East and said that the Syrian government is an important part of the Resistance Axis against Israel and is Iran’s front line against the United States and Israel.
He said that when the US notices the slightest change in any country in the world, despite a distance of thousands of kilometres, they consider them as a threat to their national security, express their sensitivity to them and interfere in the affairs of that country.
The cleric added that the Islamic Republic of Iran should not remain indifferent to the developments created in its neighbouring countries of Iraq, Afghanistan and Turkey and the ideological changes in Syria and Lebanon, which are part of the Resistance Axis.
His Eminence stressed that supporting the Islamic Resistance Axis is part of the red lines and an essential part of the Islamic Revolution and added that under no circumstance will Iran end its support of the Resistance Axis.
In another part of his speech, Hujjat al-Islam Alemi that accepting or not accepting the agreements such as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) has no effect on Iran’s stance in regard to developments in the region, including the issue of Syria because the Islamic Republic of Iran considers its responsibility to support and defend the oppressed anywhere in the world to be based on the principles, goals and the anti-imperialistic doctrine of its Islamic Revolution.
