RNA – In his sermon marking Eid al-Fitr at Qom’s Holy Shrine of Lady Fatimah al-Ma’sumah, Ayatollah Sa’idi stressed upon Saudi Arabia's support of Israeli terrorism in the region saying: “Now the House of Saud and the Zionists are working together to support their mutual agents in the region. They have sought to destroy Islam but by the grace of God, due to the prudent planning by the Supreme Leader and the resistance of Palestinian groups, they have failed.”
He added that the Zionist’s slogan used to be that Israel would reach ‘from the Euphrates to the Nile’ but today, they have become gripped by Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip and are suffering from severe insecurity and are living in fear.
His Eminence noted that due to the Islamic Revolution and the Palestinian resistance, the Zionists have been have been limited to their territory in Palestine and Saudi Arabia, which used to introduce itself has the axis of the Islamic world, has become one of the most disgraced regimes in the region.
Ayatollah Sayyed Mohammad Sa’idi in other part of his speech also said piety is a valuable result of fasting during the holy month of Ramadan and added that mankind should be careful that Satan, who has been released, does not steal these valuable assets which man has earned and should maintain these valuable assets throughout the entire year until the next holy month of Ramadan.
The head of the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatimah al-Ma’sumah added that by introducing Satan as the clear enemy of mankind, God has asked us not to follow him, to take him as our enemy or not to worship him and to take refuge from Satan’s temptations in Him.
