RNA – In an interview with Rasa News Agency, Ayatollah Abbas Ka’bi said the International al-Quds Day rallies represent the viability of the Palestinian cause and the liberation of al-Quds and added: “According to the Leader of the Islamic Resistance [Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah], al-Quds is considered the main pivot of the unity of the Islamic ummah.”
The member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom added that the al-Quds Day rallies are a religious duty and a socio-political obligation around the world.
Ayatollah Ka’bi said that the United States and Israel strive to launch wars and sedition within the Islamic world through the Takfiri terrorists and they also target the resources, facilities and capabilities of the Islamic world. “Despite the enemies’ efforts to strengthen the differences among Muslims, the Palestinian cause resonates on al-Quds Day around the Islamic world by those who are fasting and sincere,” he said.
He said that due to the treachery of the reactionary Arab countries, especially the Saudi Arabia’s changing its positions in regard to friendly and enemy countries and them and their allies’ position against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Resistance shows that they have become strategic allies of Zionist regime.
The teacher in the Islamic Seminary of Qom said that the issue of Palestine and Jerusalem are the main concerns of the Islamic ummah and stressed that the Islamic ummah must avoid internal conflict, sedition and deviation. “Strife, violence and displacement are the result of the realization and implementation of Zionist regime’s plans,” he said.
Ayatollah Ka’bi stated that in the present era, the Zionist regime has created internal sedition and strife within the Islamic ummah without launching a single military attack and added that the solution to deal with this regime is to strengthen the “Resistance Axis” in Lebanon, Syria and Yemen and strengthening the oppressed people of Bahrain’s revolution and finally, remove the obstacles to the liberation of Jerusalem.
The representative of the people of Khuzestan in the Assembly of Experts said that the Al Saud and Al Khalifah regimes are obstacles to the freedom of Jerusalem and the biggest factors in the lack of unity in the Muslim world and lack of attention to the Palestinian cause. “Strengthening the Yemeni resistance will lead to the fall of the House of Saud and lay the ground for the liberation of Palestine in the shadow of Islamic unity,” he said.
In other remarks, Ayatollah Ka’bi stated that the announcement that Turkey and Israel have signed an agreement to normalize their relations was an attempt to counter Iran.
