President of Pakistan’s Tehreek Movement:
Rasa – The head of Pakistan’s Tehreek Movement strongly criticized the spread of Western culture in the country and stressed that the Pakistani people will not let their country become a colony of the United States.

RNA – Speaking at a press conference held at the office of Pakistan’s Sunni Tehreek Movement in Lahore, Shaykh Muhammad Sarwat Ejaz Qadri, the president of this movement, strongly criticized the Pakistani government’s capitalist policies.

 

The Sunni leader stated that the promotion the American and Western culture of unveiling, promiscuity, illicit relations between men and women and nudity as against Islamic teachings and against the Pakistani constitution, stressing that some government officials seek to promote American and Western culture in the name of freedom and progress in the country, adding “But, we will not let Pakistan become a colony of the United States.”

 

Shaykh Qadri said that the Islamic culture is a rich culture and added that Islamic law toward women is completely natural and that today, Western women have become tired of their culture.
