The director of the Islamic Seminaries of Iran appreciated the scholars, teachers, seminarians and media organizations for their presence and participation in a ceremony marking the beginning of the new academic year and expressed hope that the Islamic Seminaries would witness a year full of blessings and progress. RNA – Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, the director of the Islamic Seminaries of Iran, issued a message of appreciation to the sources of emulation, scholars, teachers, students, media and organizers of a ceremony marking the beginning of the new academic year in the Islamic Seminaries for their presence and participation in the ceremony, which was held on September 14th at Qom’s famous Feyziyeh Seminary.
Classes in the Islamic Seminaries began on Sunday, September 15th.
The text of His Eminence’s message is as follows:
In the Name of God, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
I consider it my duty to offer my thanks and appreciation to each one of the distinguished teachers, valuable seminarians, dear managers and directors, honourable members of the Supreme Council of the Seminary and the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, offices and homes of the Grand Ayatollahs and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, respected officials of Qom province, officials and representatives of the seminary organizations and especially to the distinguished source of emulation, Grand Ayatollah Hoseyn Nouri-Hamadani, for their valuable participation in the ceremony marking the beginning of the new academic year in the Islamic Seminaries held at Feyziyeh Seminary in Qom. I would also like to thank the news and media organizations and all those who participated in the ceremony.
I hope that with divine favour and the attention of Hadhrat Wali al-Asr [Imam al-Mahdi] and with the guidance of the Supreme Leader and the great sources of emulation and with the sublime efforts of the teachers and the continuous struggles and efforts of the dear planners and managers and with the efforts of our dear seminarians and scholars in the light of the message of Imam al-Husayn and Ashura and the salvific discourse of the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic Seminaries will witness a year full of ever-increasing blessings and progress.
