Following the killing of about 2300 Hajj pilgrims in 2015 and criticism of this Regime, the House of Saud has had to employ thousands of armed forces for providing the security of Hajj pilgrims.
It should be noted that many Muslims, including Yemenis, Qataris and Syrian-Palestinian citizens were prevented from participation in Hajj of this year.
