The Syrian Army and Air Force pounded and destroyed the key military positions of terrorists in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib in response to the militants’ attacks on government forces’ posts.

RNA - Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay’at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) launched rocket attacks on residential areas of Aleppo city from areas under their control in al-Bohous al-Almieh in Western Aleppo, killing and injuring at least 21 civilians, including a number of children, the Arabic-language al-Watan newspaper reported.

Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over past 24 hours.

Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army's operations in provinces across Syria.

Hama-Idlib

The Syrian Army and Air Force pounded and destroyed the key military positions of terrorists in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib in response to their attacks on government forces’ posts.

The Arabic-language al-Watan newspaper reported that Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay’at launched rocket attacks on residential areas of Aleppo city from areas under their control in al-Bohous al-Almieh in Western Aleppo, killing and injuring at least 21 civilians, including a number of children.

Meantime, a battlefield source said that the Syrian Army’s artillery units and air force pounded the terrorists’ military positions in Kafar Zita, al-Latamineh, Mourek and Khan Sheikhoun in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib in response to militants’ attacks on Karnaz, Jolombeh, Jourin and al-Hakoureh in Sahl al-Ghab in Western Hama.

The source noted that several military positions and military equipment of the terrorists were destroyed in the Syrian Army attacks and a large number of them were killed and wounded.

Meantime, the Turkish Army sent a fresh military convoy comprising 20 military vehicles to areas under Ankara’s control in Shir Mughar town via Kharbeh al-Joz in Northern Lattakia.

Aleppo

The Turkish Army and its allied militants pounded the Kurdish fighters' military positions in Northern Aleppo which resulted in fierce clashes between the two sides, media reports said Monday.

The Kurdish-language Hawar News reported that the Turkish Army and its allied militants hit the towns of Tal Maziq, Bilounieh and Sheikh Issa in al-Shahba region in Northern Aleppo with artillery shells and mortar rounds.

It noted that the towns of Shuarqa and Malekieh near Afrin region in Northwestern Aleppo came under the Turkish Army's tank and artillery attacks.

According to Fars News Agancy, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) also reported that fierce clashes are underway between the Kurdish militia and the Ankara-backed militants in Mar'anaz in Northern Aleppo.

However, there are yet no reports on the number of casualties on either side, the SOHR added.

The Turkish Army attacks on the Kurds' military positions came as Ankara is reportedly preparing to launch a massive offensive on Kurdish regions in Eastern Syria.

Eastern Syria

The US-led coalition dispatched nearly 300 trucks carrying new military equipment to areas under the control of the Kurdish militias months after it declared an end to the fight against ISIL, sources said.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that the US-led forces sent a sum of 280 packed with military and logistic aids as well as military equipment to areas under the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Eastern Euphrates through Simalka crossing from Northern Iraq.

The SOHR noted that over 1,730 truck carrying US military aid have been sent to Eastern Syria by the US for SDF.
