The IPMF has sent a group of its victims to Iran to undergo treatment. According to the report of Rasa News Agency's correspondent in Iraq, hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Tahir al-Khaqani, a top-rank member of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (IPMF or Hashd al-Shabi) visited and talked to a group of the Iraqi combatants and some families of the martyrs.
Hujjat al-Islam al-Khaqani announced that a group of the victims are sent abroad for treatment and then said, “Iraqi’s Shiites Endowments Organisation is determined that the victims should receive treatments and excellent services abroad and in the best hospitals.”
He added, “Since 2015, the Shiites’ Endowments Organisation have much aided the victims and martyrs’ families and has sent some of the victims to Iran so that they are both treated and make the pilgrimage to the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS).
